Dr. Phon Sophal, Director of Saint Paul Institute, alongside Mr. Mour Seangleng, Vice Director of Academic Affairs, and Mr. Bean Bee, Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology, honorably attended the “Official Launching Ceremony of the Outcome-Based Future Education Framework for Higher Education in Cambodia.” Held at the Sokha Phnom Penh hotel, the prestigious ceremony was presided over by His Excellency Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS). The event brought together key leaders, policymakers, educators, and institution heads from across the nation to witness a pivotal evolution in Cambodia’s higher education system.
