Saint Paul Institute (SPI):
On Tuesday 8th March 2022, opening academic year 2021-2022 and commencement ceremony, H.E Dr. Say Sam Al, Minister of Environment of Cambodia, and H.E Ouch Phea, governor of Takeo province, expressed appreciation and admiration to all the leaders of St. Paul Institute for providing the best quality and excellent education to the students who have been successful for the past 12 years. Also achievement of good reputation in local and international trust for higher education. H. E Dr. Say Sam Al, Minister of Environment, congratulated and appreciated the 114 graduates, including 56 females, who successfully graduated and got jobs almost 100 percent. At the same time, we had the decoration for BISHOP OLIVIER with the GRAND ORDER OF NATIONAL MERIT (TOPAKAR)” Medal under the presidency of H.E Dr. Say Sam Al, Minister of Environment, and H.E Ouch Phea, Governor of Takeo Province.

In particular, H.E Dr. Say Sam Al, Minister of Environment, and H.E Ouch Phea, governor of Takeo province, really admire all the work of H.E Olivier Schmitthaeusler, Apostolic Vicar of Phnom Penh who is a great founder of St. Paul Institute which contribute a lot to develop Cambodia society. H.E Dr. Say Sam Al has also congratulated Bishop Olivier who recently got the rank of *Aekoudom – Excellency* by the King of Cambodia.
