On June 10, 2026, Saint Paul Institute, in close collaboration with Saint Francois General Knowledge and Private Technical High School, hosted a transformative workshop titled “Developing a Positive Mindset for Managers and Leaders.” The joint initiative brought together a diverse audience including executive management teams, university lecturers, high school teachers, administrative staff, university students, and high school students for a comprehensive day of learning, reflection, and strategic skill development.
The interactive seminar offered practical strategies and actionable insights designed to cultivate constructive leadership habits across all academic and operational levels. By gathering high school and higher education communities under one roof, the workshop established a collaborative environment where seasoned administrators and young student leaders could share real-world experiences and mutual perspectives on modern leadership. This seminar reflects the shared commitment of both Saint Paul Institute and Saint Francois School to deliver holistic education that extends beyond technical academic instruction. Empowering individuals with emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a proactive mindset directly prepares the next generation to serve as capable, ethical human resources for their institutions and society at large.
Saint Paul Institute extends its sincere appreciation to the facilitators, organizers, and participants whose active engagement made this event a resounding success. The Institute remains dedicated to organizing future professional development initiatives that nurture leadership, excellence, and continuous growth across our academic community.
