Saint Paul Institute expands regional and global reach through strategic academic Partnerships through ASEACCU network.

On August 19–20, 2026, Dr. Phon Sophal, Director of Saint Paul Institute, officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with representatives from eight leading partner universities across India, the Philippines, and Taiwan. As member institutions of the prestigious Association of Southeast and East Asian Catholic Colleges and Universities (ASEACCU), these partner universities represent a dynamic network spanning Southeast Asia, South Asia, and East Asia.

In conjunction with this historic signing, Saint Paul Institute also engaged in dedicated bilateral discussions with representatives from Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan and the University of Notre Dame in Australia. The discussion focused on establishing a visionary trilateral cooperation project planned for the 2027–2028 academic period.
